Common requests
- Report a user, Spot, or post Use the report option in the app or on a Spot's page, or email us. We aim to act on objectionable content within 24 hours.
- Copyright or image complaint Use “Request removal” under a Spot's photo, or send a notice by email — what to include.
- A Spot on private property Owners and managers can ask for a listing to be corrected or removed.
- Events and meetups Events are organized by users, not PullPoint. What organizers and participants are responsible for.
- Delete your account How to delete your account and which data is removed or kept in anonymized form.

You can write to us in English. To report content you believe is illegal, use the report option on a Spot's page or in the app, or email the same address.
